membermarkets® uses industry-standard encryption to protect your payment information. We do not record your payment information. 

Order Status 

To view your orders, go to the “My Account” page, where you will see your recent orders along with the status, shipping info and order total. 

Return Policy

You can exchange new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new and unused condition with all original packaging, documentation, and other materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery.

We inspect all returned items and will reject returns of opened or used products.

How to Exchange an Item

Please complete the contact us form above to contact our customer service team and initiate an exchange. Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for paying shipping charges associated with exchange of an item.  Product must be received by membermarkets® within 45 days of delivery to complete the exchange.

How to Return an Item

Please use the contact us form at the right of this page to contact our customer service team and initiate a return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. 

Returns Due to Our Error

If the shipment is incorrect and the return is a result of our fulfillment error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges (both ways.) 

Defective Products 

Within 30 days of receipt, you may return a defective item. Your return shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.

Manufacturer's Warranty 

All products sold through this membermarkets® program are subject to their respective manufacturers warranty policies. If you encounter any technical issues with your product, please contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim. In most cases, documents regarding manufacturers warranties are provided with the product purchase.  If you are unable to find the warranty policy and you would like a copy of the manufacturer's warranty for a product sold by membermarkets®, please contact the manufacturer directly or visit their website for more information. You may also complete the contact form at the top of this page for assistance. Duplicate receipts for your purchase are available from your order history page. 

Shipping & Delivery

membermarkets® offers the following methods for shipping your orders. Shipping times are based on product availability.

  • Economy Flat Rate Shipping — up to 7 to 10 business days - Free for orders over $100!
  • 2 Day — 2 business days
  • Overnight  — 1 business day

Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Updating Account Information

To update your account information, go to the “My account” page. You will be able to update your contact information, shipping and billing address.
